I have "half curls." I kind of want a change. Is there ANY way that I can change it into straight hair? Oh ya,and I am a guy so would it be wierd using a hair straightner?Do you know any straight guys that use a hair straighter? (no pun intended)

If You Want To Get Your Hair "Straightened" (Relaxed) PLEASE, Go To A Salon - The Chemicals In Most Hair Relaxers Are Also Used In Depilatories, (Hair Removers, -Like Neet And Nair) You CAN Cause Severe Hair And Scalp Damage If You Don't Know What You're Doing. If You Must "Do-It -Yourself" Try One Of The Safer Types Of Relaxers, EASY STRAIGHT® At Most Drugstores Has Two Types A "TEMPORARY" Straightener That Lasts Only A Few Weeks, (I Would Recommend This) Or The One That Lasts For 3 To 4 Months , MUCH SAFER TO USE THAN OTHER TYPES - You Can Even Use Them On "Color Treated" Hair Without Damage, Good-Luck!

I have curly hair and I use a flat iron. You can get them just about anywhere. I got mine at Target for like $20. I works great and my hair stays straight until I wash it or get it wet.
I used a chemical straightener and it fried my hair. I lost a lot of my thinkness and it took almost 5 years to repair and/or grow out the damage. I wouldn't recommend it.

Use a clothes iron. The one you iron clothes with. Don't put the setting on to hot. Seperate hair into to sections. Lay first half on counter(lay a towel down first), then brush your hair slowly as you are ironing. Then repeat to desired level of straight that you want. might want to have someone do it for you.
and guys do use straightners, they just don't talk about it.

go to the hair salon and have them do a permanent hair straightening to it...i think it last for a while ...i mean guys hair is usually short so it might grow out fast but I think it is the best way...good luck

No it isn't weird loads of boys at my school do it. Although use a heat protector spray otherwise you will damage your hair. Toni & Guy Iron-It Heat Defence Spray is really good and makes your hair shiny.

You can go to a beautician and get your hair "relaxed". The curl will go away until your hair grows out.
