NO WAY! Very bad for your hair, they just say that so you use the product up quicker and then have to buy more. Scandalous..heehee!

I'm with Fish1137...you must always wash, rinse, and repeat. In fact, sometimes a threepeat is necessary to make sure your hair is extra clean....
The conditioner is a must afterwards as well. Let the conditioner sit, handle your business, and then rinse.

no... the bottles just say that so you go through the bottle twice as quickly and you have to buy more. its bad for your hair too, it dries it out.

heck yeah! wash with shampoo 2x then do the conditioner... while the conditioner is conditioning you wash up!
