I think it would be wonderful if we could be free of religion. But I don't think it's going to happen any time soon.

By the way, in response to one answer above, religion and philosophy aren't the same thing, though they do overlap. Religion is doctrinal and dogmatic; philosophy can change and develop over time in response to new evidence. Philosophy can form a part of how religious people interpret their faith, but it is not an unchangeable creed.

is it possible..........no. People in general are too weak minded to accept they are mortal. Christians and less offensive cult members need religion to answer questions they would rather not think about.

you were created for reason and you'll die .the one who created watch and without religion no earth can be, the earth destiny is to discover the one who created and worship him, he is only one, ask your self, why you 're here?
to eat, drink and making love and finish, the answer to not coincide with our mind and it is logical.

no it wouldn't be possible. why? well because there are so many different ppl around with so many different views that some ppl would say yes, some would say no, some would say nothing while others would just say maybe.
