It is all right to have a boyfriend at that age.
It all depends on whta your parents think though.
When you are a teenager girls are starting to like boys and since you are 13 it applies to you! YOu think that they are cute and attractive and you want to get to know them right??? Well that is when boys get to start liking girl too, so it is normal and I liked this really cute boy when i was 13, his name was jared!!! (I am 14 now) He liked me too and we went on from there. It is normal. But don't get let down if he isn't fit for you because there are a lot of cute guys out there waiting for you!!!

depends on what boyfriend means. Does it mean to hang out with and go to the movies and fun things. Or does it mean to have sex. If it means to have sex then normal would be 18. to hang out with and fun things normal is 13

Whatever age you feel ready. I had my first boyfriend when I was about 10. It's different for everybody.

it depends on how you mean bf.. because if its just like, hanging out, holding hands, maybe a little kissing.. then yeah! thats ok, but if its like.. groping and making out or even having sex.. NOOOO!
i mean, in 5th grade, my best friend started dating this dude... they broke up the beginning of our 9th grade year... now he's my best friend... how wierd is that? (im in 10th now)
They never got into the serious groping or had sex.. so yeah..
i guess things are ok.

its normal to have a bf/gf at your age. most ppl at my school has either a bf or gf. i used to, but she broke up with me =(( BTW im 13 too

hay i'm 13 to some peapole say were to unge to date but i say if it is realy love you should sick with it and i hope you and david stay togeather for i long time.good luck!
