A customer was exceptionally mean and threatening to me and I don't want to cause harm, I just want to annoy her, like signing her up for geriatrics catalogues etc. I dont' want to go the route of ordering pizzas to her or anything, that just hurts the Pizzeria. Any other ideas?

Send a gift they will appreciate, along with a note saying "I noticed you seemed to have been going through a hard time the other day. I hope this will help cheer you up".

Why do you have to do anything? Haven't you heard "revenge is a dish best served cold" Or "The best revenge is to live well." Let it go hon........... don't sweat the small stuff. Let her bitterness eat her alive not you !!!!!!

I'd say give all the telemarketers her number and let her phone ring off the hook 24/7!

Two wrongs don't make a right. you can show that you are more mature then the person who offended you, by not seeking revenge!

I'd let it go. Not always an easy thing to do, but it's the best thing to do.

if that's the way the customer is, then what goes around comes around. Let karma do its thing and relax.
