How do u lower ur file size of ur video on Windows Movie Maker??

i want to know so i can adjust my bitrate. it will automatically happen.

go to save video file and where it says adjust for best playback, there should be a selection below it saying something about manual! then all the settings are there! some of the settings will tell you approx how big the output file is!
