Take a deep breath...you'll be fine (and it's 'here' , not 'hear' which has to do with your hearing/ears).
I got my first grey hair (or noticed them anyway) at age 28. Some people get 'em earlier than others...it may be one or few and years before you notice more, or once you find one they may steadily increase.
Luckily, hair color is available to help hide them if they get to where you feel they are more noticeable than you want them to be.
Yes, stress can bring on grey...dramatic change in diet...hormone changes...anything that can greatly affect the internal workings of your body...even some meds or going through chemo.

Thank your parents for passing along the genes for you to go prematurely grey. No, they probably will not go away ... yes, it could be stress helping you along ... but genetics is the real reason. Either dye your hair or live with them, sorry. I am 35 and starting to go grey ... I had to come to terms with my grey hairs ... and decided to LEAVE them be! =D

The cause is simple. You are prone to grey hairs sooner than some. Don't be concerned. I have a friend who got some gray hair at age 17.
It doesn't mean anything other than your predisposition to premature grey hair.

Grey hair can be caused by stress, it won't go away because with age you get more grey hair and it's just a natural thing.

I started getting them about that age as well. I am not 30 but it has always been one or two here and there. I wouldn't really worry to much about it. It is a spot on your scalp that may be losing pigmentation. I luckly have a couple, not many so maybe you will be the same. The one thing that I do, is get my hair highlighted. Less noticible.

stress-it's normal i guess. I'm 22 and haven't found any yet-but my hubby is 23 and has some. Is your hair dark or red? They are easier to see in dark hair and alot of redheads turn white at an early age-my whole family was redheaded and they started getting gray hair in their 20's.

its because of stress.
try to relax and have fun more. go for walks and drink green tea. pray and meditate more. don't push yourself so hard. be happy and don't worry... they are only few grey hairs :) you can pluck them out ;)
but try to be happier and relax more otherwise you may get more grey hairs.
wish you best.

It can be premature graying. Steve Martin started going gray when he was in high school if that makes you feel better.
