Hi I am a 15 and i am overwieght not bad bad but still i have to lose weight for a knee problem so what is a good diet for me

A better diet that Beyonce took was eating five times a day in small portions, its really good especially if you like food. I've been on a diet for about a month now before hearing about this diet and have lost 11 pounds so far. I eat complex carbs like whole meal bread, brown rice and fruit'n' fibre, for snacks eat fruit, sweet seaweed peanuts from Holland and Barrets, rice cakes. You should always eat breakfast im someone who is rushed for time in the morning so at times i have a nutrigrain bar. I make my lunch the biggest meal so that i can eat very light in the evenings. I drink water while eating so i get full up quicker and i just drink loads of water in general. If i want something sweet to drink i drink robinsons low fat dilute drink. Dairy is included in my diet through milk, cheese and yoghurt. Also i do exercise atleast twice a week, whether jogging, or doing my taebo dvd. After every exercise session you should do toning exercises to avoid loose skin. This diet is one of the best because you don't starve yourself, you feel healthier in your body and you allow your body to adapt to this weight loss which makes any weight you lose easier to keep off. Avoid eating after 7 or 8 but if you do get hungry snack on fruit or even a small portion of cereal.

I'm the same age! Try eating fruits and vegtables and eat whole grain instead of white bread or rice. Try breakfast drinks that have vitamins and minerals. Oh yeah 8 glasses of water a day for beautiful skin. Good luck sweetie!

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie 8 oz of water and red pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing wieght you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet
