I believe you're asking how many Calories it takes to do basic living functions, because standing up is basically not doing anything.

In that case it'd depend on your metabolism.

that amount will vary from person to person.

standing is equivalent to bed rest which is complete inactivity, aka, the resting metabolic rate. the more fat free mass that a person has the greater the RMR will be. once you know "your" RMR then divide that by 24 hours and the result will be how many calories you burn an hour at complete rest.
