Camcorder and TV Tuner?

If you have a TV Tuner in your computer can you use the A/V jacks that are in it, to plug the camcorder into using the A/V jacks it came with to connect it to the TV and upload it to the computer with out firewire

Yes, but firewire was made for a reason though. Although using a TV tuner might save you the trouble of installing a firewire card, firewire will allow you to transfer digitally lossless or near-lossless video, whereas the analog connections, even using S-video, will cause some noise, distortions, and loss of quality.
