If it is Monday 6:00 am what time is it in iraq?

That would depend on where you are. If you are on east coast time, it would be 11pm Monday night. (For example, right now it is 11:41pm Saturday night).

EDIT: Please keep in mind that we do not do daylight savings time over here, so some people's answers might be a little off.

It would be 4PM in Iraq, they're 10 hours ahead of Mountain Time, 11 hours ahead in pacific time, 9 hours ahead in central, and 8 hours in eastern.

It depends on your location and where in Iraq. I live in the central time zone and it's 8 hours ahead in the Anbar province.
