I use to put water in my dogs bowl and freeze it over night and then put it out in the morning (with water in it) depending on the size of the bowl, it can freeze quite a bit and then put cool water on top of it- then throughout the day it will melt but you should have some ice in it later that night, also if you can keep it in the shade. theres quite a difference just with the shade.

Dont know of any electric cooling or insulated cooling products.

I dont know about any water coolers but if yew put ice cubes in your dogs water bowl it will stay cooler for longer and you wont have to top it up as often.

I just recently saw a dog water feeder that attaches to the outside water spigot. It will dip out water when ever the dog touches it with their nose. Look on Drs.Fosters&Smith.com they may have it.
