im not trying to lose weight. im just confused right now. somewhere in the news, i heard that some teen drank five shots of vodka and died. i hate my life.

You're not going to die. You're 13 & you had a shot. You're tipsy. Congrats on your first drinking experience. Now don't do it again until you're 21. Or at least don't do it alone. (since I was being hypocritical)

Enough. I am sorry that you are on your own and feeling low enough to get the alcohol out. Have a good sleep - doze and dream of somewhere better. You will not be eating or drinking anymore calories and will feel better - have higher spirits within you, to burn some calories off when you wake up !
