A mortgage broker, not a bank. Brokers have more lenders to choose from. Banks are super hypersensitive to credit challenged folk.

I work with a mortgage broker, so I can answer. A broker will will have access to many lenders, so that would be a good way to go.

Some lenders that are good with so so credit are ResMae (they offer some nice rates for subprime credit), Equifirst, Credit Suisse (they tend to be A credit, but if the file makes sense and it's not that horrible on credit, they can roll with it.)
