Clinique makes one that IS oil free, take back the one that you don't like. It's okay to take it back and say "this is not right for me. What do you have that's OIL free?" Even after you use it you CAN take it back, dear.

An inexpensive solution is Aloe Vera Gel. Fruit of the Earth(brand name) puts out a good product. I won't use any other brand, unless its something I buy from Trader Joe's.

If you wanna go more high society I suggest using moisturizers by Avalon Organics or Aveda. I use them and I love 'em.

Aveda was founded by an herbal biochemist and they use nothing but fresh plant derivatives in their products, not things like mineral oil which is petroleum based and does nothing but clog your pores.

Based on what their ingredient labels say Avalon Organics and Aveda seem to steer clear of fillers and harmful ingredients. I was especially suprised at Avalon Organic's moisturizers--very good products. Most moisturizers that work that well cost twice as much, but not Avalon Organics.

Lancome have gorgeous stuff.. or Bio Therm. I know lancome's expensive but my sister (who's on a much bigger wage salary than me, a poor student haha) she bought me it and it's lovely and light and refreshing. As for Bio Therm they tend to be housed in big department stores as some of the stalls and you get one on one advice for free fromthe consultants (and sometimes a free makeover!- no strings attatched.)

Cetaphil is very good and it is oil free. My daughter keep getting rashes on her face and this is what her doctor recommended it is non-comedogenic, (it will not clog pores)
Good Luck
