Yes you certainly can. God said so. If you have the faith as tiny as a mustard seed you can say to a mountain,be moved, and that mountain will obey. It is very hard to believe that, and thats why God only ask us to have Faith,in HIM,believe in Him,put our lives in His hands, seek His will in all that we do. A mustard seed is the tiniest seed there is,so that tells us that we dont need an abundance of faith, but faith as small as a mustard seed.
However once we have that much faith,we plead for more, because we desire to be and to do all that God says we can do thru Him.

Anything we ask in HIS name, and believe that he will do it,will be done ,if it is in accordance to His will. But only when we have been born again, and he has filled us with His Holy Spirit. have you been born again? It is at that moment that God marks us as one of His own,and when we TRULY seek Him,.and abide in HIm,we can do all things thru Christ who strengthens us.

If you had to ask me, I would say that asking this here is quite absurd. No one can give you the extent of the answer that you require. It would be like asking how to become an engineer or a scientist simply by asking, does one need knowledge in order to do this? Obviously yes, but you need a thorough explanation of this rather than a few sentences of an answer. There are many good books out there on the spirit, all you have to do is know where to look. Buddhism, Hinduism, various Christian philosophers, all very, very good. But as for your personal question, it would be better for you to answer it yourself. Ask yourself this question seriously and see how you respond. Don't try to will it a certain way, just see what your natural response would be.

It is not true as you put it there, but it is perfectly true in the context in which it was written: Paul was talking a bout being able to be content when he was in abundance, nad being able to be content when he had nothing. In this matter, he was able to do all things through Christ who strengthened him.
It has become a cliché, but true nevertheless, among preachers, to say that a text without its context is a pretext.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
It was spoken by Paul and is to be understood in the context in which it was written. Paul was simply asserting that he was up for any challenge that might cross his path because Christ in him made him fit for the task.

If you are a follower of Christ, I'm sure it's true.

Me, I follow the Goddess - and I can do all things through SHE that strengthens me.

I think you mean, I can "do" all things through Christ... from the book of Philippians. Yes, what the Bible teaches is true.
