Anything that makes such a claim isn't worth wasting your time/money or risking your health on. You cannot lose 18 lbs of fat in 4 days. Water weight lost will return, so you end up with little to no real loss at all.
Anything more than 4 lbs in a week, is considered too fast to keep it off long term. If people cannot learn to make a lifestyle change then no fad diet or pill will ever help them beyond the time they use it...they'll go back to their previous eating habits and lack of activity, and the pounds will return (and bring friends).
Don't let some gimmick and the desire for a quick fix lure into wasting your time...you'll just end up having more pounds to lose (than you do now) a few months or year down the road...

You can't lose 18 pounds in 4 days unless you're 500 pounds plus. It's a gimmick!

Dont try this option even a single time. All of these types of medicine or theropy has after effects. For the time being you loss your weight but after this theropy you feel weakness and can't gain weight again in your life. This type of medicine or theropy totaly effects your body structure and distrub the whole functions of your body.
Try to use herbal supplements they don't have any after effects.

Yeah Gecko Roman Wrestlers with their no carb diet and the rubber suit. Sweat like crazy and maybe die probably why they outlawed them but if you find one you could lose all kinds of weight. If you want to take a little more time try yogo and isometrics work. Later.

Don't even try. It's not healthy to lose more than 4 pounds a week.

It doesn't sound true. &Even if it was, doctors say it's unhealthy for you to loose more than 2 pounds per week.
