Hi Stormy, I've multitude of deceases,1 being Astio-Arthritis so calcium is important to me. I don't understand why you chose buttermilk as personally I can't handle the taste nor smell? I'm lactose Intolerant and my supplements are just as good as milk. however u are young & if u can drink
it "Go Girl" it's just that I'd like to see u on NOT ont on such a fatty milk, like 1% r 2% even chocolate milk come in these %
Most of my deceases r related to my bones never been able to consume milk. So I take Chewy Calcium (vanilla, they have
chocolate too) it tastes like a chewy candy 1500mg per day u
wouldn't need that much cause r younger + 1 Multi-Vitamin.
I'm not sure of the "Fat Content" in Buttermilk, but you don't have to go that way when there are so many other ulternatives
I'm just thinking of you and the fat you'll bee consuming a day.
I hope it wasn't your Dr. who suggested this?
Well, Sormy I hope I brought some insight 2 you on this matter and by the end of this Buttermilk the lbs. will let u know.
Best of Luck in all your Endeavors!
Summer

No, there are many sources of calcium. Buttermilk is just one.

I don't see why buttermilk would be superior to plain milk
