First of all you need to have trust that he isnt if there is no trust then you are going to be asking this all the time and with it being long distance you need to take it in strive.
If he stops calling or emailing and is always having something to do or excuses which are not valuable then he is up to something but make sure you are not assuming because then you will lose him even if he is or isnt cheating

When you're in a long-distance relationship it's very hard to tell.Usually you can tell he's cheating when he loses interest in sex,starts criticizing you about things that were OK with him before or starts getting nervous when his phone rings,changes the way he dresses or his perfume,stuff like that...

Well if I had to cheat...
I would tell them I be home late...
I had to meet up with my friend Dan after work...
Never around as much as I use to be, but when I am I don't really care to hang out like we use to.
Things like that would give a guy always big time. You might have to do a little bit of deceive work..
If he is cheating on you then you will find out. Its just a matter of time. Everything hidden will be seen, and everything lost will be found.

many ways. first, if he is always asking if you are. This is out of guilt that he is cheating, because if he is, he might think you are to. Second, if you two haven't had sex in awhile, and when you do, he should *** rite away if he hasn't had sex. Unless he has been relieving himself by masterbating. You should be able to tell how he acts around you.

the first thing is he acts wired around u or other woman that he might be cheating on he would probley be gone most of the day or even at night and lie about that he was not cheating!!

OHHHHH GIRL c'mon do you really think hes sincere? ummmm i think not! long distance relationships NEVER work!!! I was in one my self and u say to ur self that since your being faith full and you love him hes doing the same. That's not the case sometimes.... girl be true to your self and move on.. im pretty sure he thinking the same thing.....
