this is so weird... i looked up what people who are my height and weight are....but most of them fit into about size 8..

what i don't get is how i can be 5'4", weigh 128 and still fit comfortably into a size 4...

it just doesn't seem natural....

even though i am fairly muscular and work out daily the difference is really startling to me...so could someone please tell me if this is normal and good...

(and if someone also feels so inclined, could they tell me a way to lose about 8 pounds...i still need to get rid of some excess fat around the jolly old stomach area...)

(also for the record i'm in my teens)

Since you say you are muscular then muscle is more compact and weighs more then fat. Also, the clothing industry over the years has been resizing women's clothing. For example I used to wear a size 7 in Juniors, now I wear a size 3 (I have not gained or lost a significant amount of weight). The size 3 is equivalent to the size 7 from 10 years ago. We here in the US are getting larger, and it seems the clothing industry is trying not to make us feel so bad about being bigger.

there is extremely no particular weight. i'm short, a hundred and twenty lbs and that i extra healthful right into a length 4, yet considered one of my acquaintances is notably tall, weighs one hundred sixty lbs, and he or she additionally suits into them. We actually share some bottoms. At 5'9", i might say someplace around heavy 130s - gentle 140s - yet you nevertheless ought to not extra healthful. It relies upon on how huge your hips are.

Well, you might be built differently or have more muscle as opposed to fat than those other girls your height and weight.

Muscle is much more dense than fat and therefore looks more compact. So you can be the same weight, yet look much slimmer.

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't EVER let weight determine what you look like. You have muscularly dense body which is sexy. Fat not as dense as muscle. You are blessed.

Sounds like you are carrying around a lot of fat in your brain. That will account for how much you weigh.

Plain and simple....your measurments are different then theirs. Your waist is smaller from what I get from your post. To lose 8 lbs, you need to exercise.
