Click on start/control panel and double click on the Add or Remove Programs icon. If your using Windows XP and dont see it (Add or Remove Programs), at the left click show classic view. Once in Add or Remove programs you should see it on the list of installed programs. Select it and click uninstall.

3. Click on the icon 'Add or Remove Programs'
4. A list of installed programs should appear. Just find the program you want to uninstall.

right click on the short cut n go 2 deleat. then go to deleat programm or somthing like tht.
also download
cc cleaner.
its really good for uninstalling stuff n clearing up ram space.

click on the application and it should have an option to uninstall it
