What will happen if I don't remove these strips more than 30 minutes?

Oh ur teeth will get more whiter...i usually put them on for 35 minutes!

Why dont your brush your teeth like a normal person would? If u did, you wouldnt writing about Crest Whitening Strips and 30 minutes and what not.

try not to use them too often or they will erode away some layers of your teeth and cause sensitivity.

Your enamel will be weaker and eventually your teeth will decay.

It will cause irritation to your gums and make your teeth sensitive.
