Ok so this girl I really like went to a movie tonight with me and a friend. A few days ago out of no where we kinda started hugging/cuddling, and there was a bit of making out. I asked her if it ment anything the next day and she said that for the moment no and she wasn't sure if it would and that she didnt want to lead me on. So today when we went I felt like she was totally leading me on... we held hands for about half the movie she had her head on my shoulder a couple times. However there were a few times where she kinda took her hand away when I reached out for it, when she got near my hand. On the way home she asked how long I liked her, I told her, then I thought Id clarify what happened and asked if anythings changed since we last talked about how for the moment she didnt see me like that. She said not really?! But it was a more quiet and mellow and took her a while to answer. So Im totally confused. Her actions say one thing but her words say another...

You're confused because she's confused. I would say not to think seriously take things slow let them work themselves out. She might like you and someone else and she's confused about what she wants. Let her figure out what she's looking for but you don't have to wait around you both should meet people and just take the time to find what you both want.

I would put a shield over your heart I want to share an experience I had and it lasted to long. I met a really nice guy and we were the best of friends and then we started hanging out and when we were together we would kiss and hold hands and embrace and then it led to other things and then we were having intercourse and this whole time I thought he loved me and then the truth came out he only wanted me for those pleasures and he was getting them other places too he ended up marrying someone else and didnt tell me and so we were apart for four years my dad passed away and he called me up telling me that he loved me had a divorce by this time and so I went to see him it was like we had never been apart and made out again after we had intercourse he never called me again and when I called him he said we were just talking it hurt so bad that I have not talked to him sense. You are probably a great guy and have so much to offer someone dont waste your precious time nor yourself on her she is using you for the physical and special things while she decides what she wants to do dont give her the control. If someone can show affection but can't say it you better beware. Be careful my friend and I hope everything works out need a friend you can write

Listen enjoy what you can for the moment. Don't put any pressure on her to decide whether or not she likes you because that's going to push her away. If you get to make out with her again, don't ask her to be your girlfriend right afterwards. Most girls that act like this, like to lead guys on. So just kick back and get what you can, also go after other girls too. I'll even make you a bet if you can start spending time with another girl, and this one starts to notice she'll be trying to spend more time with you. Girls are sluts for attention.

It sounds like she was hurt in a past relationship and has a hard time trusting. You need to proceed very cautiously.
If you really like her, be patient. She will come around.
Let her know that she can trust you completely. The little kissing and hand holding and then nothing means that she likes you too but doesn't want to get hurt.
Once you build her trust, you can proceed in the relationship.
Take your time, she's worth it.

I'd say proceed with caution. She probably likes you but isn't sure and she's testing the waters. The way she's doing it, though, is not fair to you because she's yanking your chain when you really don't need it yanked. So for your sake, be careful. This is one catch that you may or may not bag so gotta take care of yourself first. Give her space and see what happens.

sounds to me that she is super insucre. if you really wanna find out.. next time you are together don't make any moves.. wait for her to.. and when she tries to.. look her square in the eyes and see what she does. It should tell you what you want to know.. maybe she is just scared of feeling something.. let her know..it's all good. : )
