My sound speakers dont play any sound. I checked electrical connection and connection to the computer, it is tight enough. They are on. What else could be wrong?

The speakers worked when I got them, maybe I do need new ones. How do I reinstall sound drivers?

Did you check the volume controls? I often have programs change the settings on me.
Double-click on the speaker on the right of the task bar. You'll see a bunch of volume control sliders -- are any of them near the bottom? If so, move them up (especially the wave, CD audio, and play control).
Could be the drivers, too, but my problems always seem to be here...

The drivers might be corrupted. Reload sound card drivers.
The speakers might be faulty.
