Only if he was neutered in the past few days. Otherwise, he has no sperm or even testicles.

As everyone's been saying, not unless it's within a week of neutering.
Lots of neutered toms continue to mount females though, either because they were neutered late in life and it became a habit, or because they were neutered early and continue the kitten "play mounting" throughout life. Our neutered male mounts his (spayed) female friend every now and again, though he often gets on the wrong end (he's not too bright).
So, it won't do any harm except to irritate the female involved...

No chance unless he has been recently neutered, or got neutered over 1 year old. Male cats who are neutered after puberty still have to lest the testosterone work out of their body, which can take around a month, or more. If I can help anymore fell free to message me!

It depends on how long he's been neutered. A neutered cat can get a female pregnant for I believe at least a few days, if not a few weeks, after his surgery.

Only if he was neutured just a couple days ago. . .male cats are like male humans. . .if they have sex too soon after being "fixed" they can wind up with offsprings!!

No - when a cat is neutered, its testes are removed - this is where the sperm was. No sperm, no pregnancy!
