My mother bought me a smoothie maker recently and Ive decided to use it in conjuction with my aim to produce some muscle and get as tonned as possible. Any good recipes that only require whole fresh ingredients not any sort of supplement poweder etc

Put one box of soft silken tofu in your smoothie maker. Add some frozen fruit, and possibly an extract that you like (vanilla, almond, etc) Add reduced fat soy milk until you get the consistency you want. BINGO! High protein, low carb smoothie without powders.

Soy milk or tofu; fruit of any kind; yogurt....ice and blend it up....very simple, yummy and great for you.
