Perfect! At 5'4 and 115 pounds you are in a healthy range. It's hard to believe that in this day and age your parents are bugging you to lose weight. That is the worse thing to do to a teenager. Advise your parents that if they think you are overweight that they should take to your regular doctor to be weighed. He can then inform them that you are in the weight range you belong in. Then ask your parents to please drop the subject and tell them it hurts your feelings when they constantly comment on your weight. It's usually better to be honest and up front about your feelings.
Now on your parents side, alot of parents are concerned about their children always watching TV or being on the computer and not being active enough. Maybe you aren't overweight but are you toned and in a healthy condition? If not then they could be looking out for your best interest. Try getting your friends together to go skating or biking. Find a pool and going swimming this summer. With friends it doesn't feel so much like excercise and more like fun. You might even have a good time.

Ideal weight for a female that is 5'4" is (according to doctors) is 140 lbs. (which I think is a bit high) I am 5'4" also and at the age of 15 I weighed roughly 120# and I was a knockout (I imagine you are too) I am now 50 years old and my weight fluctuates between 130-140#. The men still glare as I walk by. Skinny is NOT attractive to men these days. They want a woman that isn't going to break when they touch them. I say your weight is just perfect where it is.

Well i'm 5'4 and half and i weigh 122 and i'm no where near overweight, i went through the same thing, because i was watching these super skinny models and thats just nasty. I wear about a size 4 and a 2 in some jeans. but no you are not overweight, but if your uncomfortable with your weight then do some cardio, like running walking bike riding swimming anything like that and it will help you shed a few pounds and tone you a little.

Your weight is well within the "normal/healthy' range.Get your school nurse or family doctor to tell your parents you are fine.15 is too young to be dieting at all, except in extreme cases, because of the wide variety of nutritional needs a growing body has.

Aw, man.
You sound beautiful, honestly.
I'm 5'4" and...just believe me, i weight a helluva lot more than you.
My point is, your weight is WONDAFUL =]
But if you want to shut your parents up, when they're around just eat a lot healthier (if you don't already)! It's good for you anyway, why not get the point across, too?
If anything, please don't lose weight. Or i will personally find you and shove a stick of butter down your throat.
Kidding. Seriously. Don't get creeped out.

What makes your parents think you need to loose weight? Do they just want you to get in shape or be active? Your weight sounds fine to me. If you are really concerned about it the next time you go in for a physical ask your doctor about it - without your parents there. ;)
