How can I dye my hair orange so it actually stays orange? Ive tried spray but thats practically invisible on my hair and I usually pass out ,so I was wondering Is there any way to dye my hair solid orange , ive heard of people mixing glue and food coloring, and also cool aid or jello does that work ?
BTW my hair is dark brown

Your hair is too dark.
Bleach it first then dye it with something like Manic Panic or Speical Effects.

At hot topic they have both a bleaching kit and manic panic/Special effects.

You are going to have to bleach it blond first, because you won't be able to see it all that well with dark hair. And then any type of orange dye will work for you. Even kool-aid because most of the time it doesn't really wash out that well. Just put some in conditioner and leave it on your hair for a period of time perhaps 30 minutes. But there are websites that give you step by step instructions on how to use kool-aid as a dye.

You will have to bleach your hair first, then get some orange hair dye if you want it to last. On the second part of your question, have you ever seen anyone with orange hair that didn't look like a jackass. I know I haven't.
