Grapes can indeed be toxic to dogs. A couple at a time might be OK, but it's not worth the risk really to feed any. A whole bunch is quite a lot of grapes - depending on what size dog you have!
As with any pet problem, you need to be talking to a vet, not Yahoo Answers.

Yes, grapes and raisins can cause renal (kidney) failure. Even though your dog can seem fine, he probably has suffered some damage. The grapes and raisins are toxic to dogs and it is like slowly poisoning the dog to feed him these foods. Just because you don't see the signs yet doesn't mean there isn't damage being done. You really don't want to have a dog dying of kidney failure in a few months, do you?

Here is an article about grape and raisin toxicity. It tells you what to look for and what to do. Since your dog seems fine and this was ingested last week, your dog may be fine but I would certainly avoid giving grapes in the future as there can be a cumulative effect of eating them.

It should be fine. Mine eat grapes every now and then. Once they split a whole bag of chocolate covered raisins, and freaked out I called the vet. They had me give them peroxide until they threw it up, but only one did. Turns out he probably ate more of them, but my smaller dog stomached the peroxide and chocolate like a champion and other than a little stinky gas both were fine.
If it hurt them you'd see results within 24 hours, if it hasn't happened by now you're in the clear.

no count if or not the canine can or can not consume grape nuts isn't the project--because of the fact i'm specific canines are *able* of scarfing down Grape Nuts like the rest. the right question is "would desire to canines consume Grape Nuts?" the respond is not any. stick to a properly-made, nutritious, holistic, organic canine food. Your canine will stay longer, and be fit because of the fact of it.

Why do people feed their pets human food? Some foods cause them to get worms. Others (like candy or anything with sugar) will cause them to have a heart attack. I suggest seeing a vet right away and never feeding your dog any other food intended for humans.
