The only thing that you will lose is cash from your wallet. If you want to lose fat, eat less and exercise more. Walking is an excellent way to start. Walk briskly for 30-45 min per day and cut back on high energy foods. Eat more veggies and fruit and drink plenty of water. You will notice an improvement in your general health and more tone in the larger muscles, hip and thigh muscles. Increasing those muscles, will also increase your metabolism so that you will be less likely to gain weight. It is important to keep up the exercise program to maintain good muscle tone. Exercise only those muscles that you want to keep.
Bye the bye, stomach muscles are fairly small and do not burn much energy. Exercising them increases tone but is not a good way to lose weight from your middle.

The only side effect is you wont lose any weight from your stomach. All a sauna belt does is reduce water in that region. Once you drink water or eat it will come back. Sauna belts are a gimic!!
