how about making a photo scrap book and keepsakes, like a newspaper dated the day she was born etc. ask your parents if they have keepsakes from when she was a baby. she will love the effort & thought you've put into it. good luck

does she have and ipod?...if not get her that or a zune..or a psp......and if shes going to college in the fall get her a lap top...but if you talking under 100 bucks i would say a gift card to her favorite store........that way she can get what she wants..and u wont have to worry about returning anything...or just give her some money! HOPE IT HELPS!

girls like makeup and clothes and purses and shoes..back to the makeup..i think that she might want that the most..try to get her some lipgloss,lipstick,mascara,perfume,and lotion..and than find a pretty purse,and a card..there..ur all set
