You just have an OUTY belly button.

Some people have Innies[belly buttons which go in the way
And some people have Outties[belly buttons which stick out]

You can't change it.

But you are not eating enough.

I think you need to seek medical help as you clerary have an unhealthy obsession with your body. The amount of posts you've made on here shows it. You can't just eat apples and weetabix and loose weight long term. If you have fat on your tummy you need to excercise it away while eating a normal healthy varied diet with plently of protein, veg and some carbs.

As long as you have no soreness from your "outy" then don't worry about it! There are tons of people out there with bellybuttons like you. My wee cousin had an outy but had pain from it which was an umbilical hernia and he had to get a wee operation to fix it. If you're that concerned go see a doc (or plastic surgeon) cos no matter what you do or don't eat it isn't going to change it!! Sorry if that sounds harsh but it's true x
