I ordered through an Rx company that the Gov. of my state is promoting for people who don't have prescription coverage. I ordered Zoloft from Australia and received a ltr. from the Dept. of Health & Human Services informing me that my drugs had been confiscated at LAX and would be sent back to the pharmacy. I talked with the man who sent me the letter and we had a nice conversation. I called the Gov's. office, got transferred about 10 times and finally talked to a Prescription Advocate. She contacted the pharmacy and they re-sent the order. This time I got it but they charged me for 2 shipping charges! A total of $266 for a 90-day supply.
So now it is time to get my Wellbutrin XL filled; my dr. writes a scrip for the generic. At CVS and K-Mart it would cost me $281. I decided I would try Canada. I called and it would cost me $119 plus shipping for the brand name because they don't have the generic. Try www.i-saverx.net. If you don't get your drugs, contact your State Atty. General. It is illegal, so I don't know how much help they would be. Good luck.

How did you find out about the company you ordered from?
If it was via the SPAM you get to your junk mail, see below.
If it was via a reputable company, call and let them know.
If you clicked on a SPAM link, most likely you paid by credit or debit card.
First, check your account to make sure that no charges (other than the one you actually made) were put through. Even if there is a charge under $1, cancel your card immediately.
Second, call your bank and file a dispute to get your money back.

Karen, I looked up RX.com and checked into it. They are an overseas pharmacy. You may have to wait longer to get your meds. They provide a customer contact number for you to call. I ordered from an on line provider ONCE. That was enough for me. It took 3 months to get my prescription(ambien) I called them repeatedly and ask what the problem was. When i finally got it the package was stamped from Israel. I had already gone to my Dr and got ambien. What they sent me didn't look like what Dr had given me. Pharmacist advised me to dispose of it because of no quality control on overseas meds. Hopefully, you will have better luck than me. Just use caution. Have Pharmacist check it out for you.
