If you are intimate enough to contemplate having sex, you should be intimate enough to discuss your situations beforehand. Otherwise, don't do it.... you're not ready. And don't be hung up on being "good" or not. Yes, technique is involved, but sex is mostly about sharing.
If your main fear is cumming too soon (which is common in young males), have a mutual masturbation or oral session that leads to BOTH of you having an orgasm... prior to the actual intercourse. After a brief interlude of rest and relaxation, you can resume sexual activity without as much pressure.

In case of doubt, communicate.
You're surely at an age were she's nervous too.
If you're worried that you'll scare her off, then wait until she has her clothes off before telling her. :) But yes -- communicate.
It is NOT your sole responsibility to make sex good for both of you. Sex is a partnership activity.

Yes it would be best so that way if she is experienced she could help you. Don't be silent and not tell her because she will think you are experienced and say wow this guy sucks. Its your first time OK the first time always sucks anyway

Tell her. She will appreciate your honesty if she is a good person, and she will be ok with it. If she isn't ok or is disrespectful, then she isn't worth your time. Any one who makes fun of their partner for being a virgin is a waste of time. good luck, and just tell the truth!
