Ok I met this guy a couple weeks ago and asked someone if I had a boyfriend which I dont. We have been hanging out, first date we made out and second we would have had sex but I stopped him. We are both shy which sounds weird bc we made out first date. I am a virgin. When I told him I didnt want to have sex yet he was okay with it and he still talks to me and we still hang out. We are already dating exclusively. Do you think he will pressure me eventually?

Of course he is going to keep pressuring you, especially if you told him you were a virgin..You can expect pain and blood your first time..Good luck and be protected..

It's hard to say if he'll throw on any pressure but being the man that I am, I'd respect you on not being ready to have sex but sometime in the future I believe temptation will kick in and I'd either get it from you or someone else. Whatever you fear may be, try and get over it and go for it. If love is what you're looking for then this (in a way), will let you know if it's there. Just advise I'm giving and hope it helps.

what if someday you feel like having it with him and he withdraws stating the same reason you did?

If he seemed okay with waiting, and he respects you and your beliefs, he should and will wait until you are ready, no matter how long that may be. However many people are not like that and will not wait. I would be careful and don't let him push you into doing anything you don't want to, no matter what he says.Your first time may be painful/a little bloody, but if it is with the right guy, and they are willing to be slow, you should enjoy it.

Well, I have to say that if he respects you, he shouldn't pressure you. As for what to expect, it usually hurts a little the first time. Take it slow and everything will be okay.

It doesnt sound like he is pressurin u now so only time will tell. as far as u guys makin out thats normal. and when u r ready u jus need to communicate with the guy and let him know ur fears and stuff so he knows ot be gentle and take his time. if he is the right guy he will be very courteous of ur needs and fears.

Well, I don't know if hell keep pressuring you or not. But, if you feel pressure......call it off...too many bad things can happen. Try only hanging w/ him in public around people,not alone & see how he is w/ you & if he's insistent on taking you off away from everyone...you'll probably know he's only wanting to get in your pants & further more theres no substance to his feelings for you & its time to move on
