Saturn No Ground base/mobile Antenna?

Is this antenna good for indoor use.Or is there a better one.

Had a base station cb in the late 80s and used shakespeare big stick 5/8 wave ANTENNA on my roof 20 feet in the air .
With this antenna i Transmitted 14 miles.
With an indoor antenna you will get about 3-5 miles.
If you have to you use an indoor antenna I would used
Firestik IBA-5 indoor base antenna cost around 44.00 us dollars. Outdoors antenna will work the best
