For me Vicodin or Percocet is the best, but doctors are so stingy with it! So any of the "triptan" meds work well too, such as: Imitrex, Axert, Maxalt, Frova, Relpax, etc. These are all prescription meds and none of them have caffeine. I haven't found any OTC meds that help me at all and they tend to cause rebound headaches, especially Excedrin because of the caffeine. To me, if OTC meds relieve your 'migraine' then it's probably not a migraine to begin with!

because it has caffeine in it and if u look at ALL migraine meds prescript. or OTC they ALL have caffeine

Sleep! Nothing has ever worked for me including prescriptions and even home remedies and accupuncture, except for sleep.
