Can a skinny person get abs?...If you can how?

Do crunches. But the number of repetitions aren't as important as how long you hold it. Many people say "oh i do 250 a night!" but that's actually terrible for your back. Try doing 20 but holding it for 15 seconds or something.

Of course. Skinny people don't have a lot of fat, but they still have muscle. You just have to work that muscle show that it becomes more distinctive.

how is that faulty?? it extremely is veryy nicee to positioned on skinny denims on a skinny individual. it is like a great combonation. so yeahh!! skinny denims + skinny individual = great look!?! =] nicely i think of so.... i admire skinny denims!!! <3

heck yes! i do! i do 50 situps everyday and make sure you do them on the side too, it helps A LOT. leg lifts are another good solution. make sure, when ur done, to stretch your back. most abb excersizes hurt your back.

yeah, in fact its easier because they will show better through less fat. you just need to do abb workouts a lot.
