The voice of a fat person is easily discernable. Like on the phone, if I am speaking to a fat woman, I can tell by the sound of her voice. Does weight gain constrict the larynx somehow to alter the voice's pitch?

Yes, the extra fat on the torso and neck affects breathing patterns. Look at the incidence of sleep apnea in larger people.

there's a theory of vocal weight, that predetermines the lightness or heaviness of your making a song voice. Gaining weight shouldn't replace something, or a minimum of replace something significantly. perhaps it fairly is a loss of self assurance?

um it's possible but i'm a Obesophobic i rarely gain weight but i know what u mean by when u explain it

yes it does. fat cells attach themselves to everything.
