Before you put ice on it, you should put a hot towel on it. Repeat three times, to bring the stuff inside, out. Clean, put antibacterial cream (neosporin, polysporin) then apply ice to reduce swelling.

just wash your face everyday.....don't do it twice though, people tell u too, but i think it works better to just wash it at night before you go to bed, Use some kind of face cream scrub, not the cloths with soup on them, because they don't get rid of the skin cells as well. Get a wash cloth that is kin'a ruff, not just a regular wash cloth. Make sure it's not to ruff though becaouse that can irrate ur skin, but make sure it's a little ruffer than a towel (wash cloth). Only wash with the scrub every other day, and than the use a reguler wash cloth the other day. it's also good to make sure taht you switch your product every other month, so that ur skin can get diffrent treatments..........oh and if that all make no since to u, lol, than u can just use, proactive, or Ancee free.

The ice cube trick actually works really well, I use it to reduce the swelling, its natural with no perfumes or oils so it shouldnt irritate the skin

Take a cotton ball and put rubbing alcohol on it, then place it on your pimple. It should shrink. Leave it on for about 30-60 seconds.

Don't pick at it---most people do not know how to remove the comedo (poopy icky stuff) properly----put an ice cube on it, this will remove the swelling, the redness, and speed healing to the area.
