If this is possible than would they have a 100% chance of passing huntington disease on to their children?

I don't think so, I am not sure one person can have a100% chance.

If it is possible then your theory is correct. Either way Huntingtons is a horrible disease, when I had breast cancer I made a list of all the things worse than chemo. Huntingtons was one.
