Now I'm working as a live-in caregiver for half a year, can I use my other work experience to apply immigate?

Canada law permits women to immigate as a live-in care-giver after they work in this field for 2 years. I was a kindergartener before and I want use my previous work experience to apply. After I counted my score for immigation I think I pass the point. But Can I have the right to apply for it now? Because there is no announcement to let me know whether I can or not.
Can you answer me?
