Go gently with this... crossing your parents can land you in a lot of hot water.
Find out exactly why they don't want you seeing him. Try to come up with convincing arguments to answer their worries. Maybe start with inviting him over to the house, so your parents can "supervise" the visits? Sometimes if they can get to know a boy, they'll ease up on the restrictions.

Eesh! My friend is in the same situation. Once you're 16, you should be allowed to date, so, stay together, just don't let your parents in on the details, act like he's just a friend around them. Make sure he knows you like him though.

It depends on how old and mature you are. It also depends on why they are keeping you apart. Approximately(not exactly) 17 yrs old and up...follow your heart...younger...your parents' input might be best for now.
