This is weird to talk about , but I don't really know who to talk to. My friend has a very big Johnson and it really negatively impacts him. Most of his girlfriends were unable to sleep with him, and the reactions he gets are very off putting. Anyone reading this know about having it surgically reduced? He is 13"x 4" and just wants to be normal. He has heard that it can make you impotent, make it permanantly numb, leave scars, etc. The doctors he talked to said it is a decision he has to make but he just doesn't know.One guy even said he should go into adult films-I guess he thought it's funny but it isn't. Having women gasp or say" I can't , sorry "is awful he tells me. Someone who knows something please answer.

Yes, the vagina stretches to allow a baby to come through, but it's only after several months during which the body produces hormones to relax the vagina. And, even with that, it's extremely painful! So please don't use that as a reason that women should be able to accomodate some guy who is over-endowed.
He should consult a competent urologist, not people on a forum like this one.

Oh No. Leave the Johnson alone! I actually don't think there is penis reduction surgery. Now I'm jealous, he has a good half inch on me, damn, I was proud of my big wiener. Tell him to use lots of lube, I mean think about it, a woman can fit a baby's head out of her vagina, it's very stretchable so women should be able to handle him. He needs to find a willing partner who can relax and enjoy the big Johnson.
