For sure I would go to the vet..... they will be able to give you medicine that will get rid of those worms VERY quickly. Usually the medication isn't very expensive... if the medication is costly the vets are usually good about setting up payment plans. You may want to inquire as to what to feed the cat and any possible side effects you should watch for.
Best of luck, Hope the cat feels better soon

You should take him to the vet, it's not normal. Often delaying going to the vet can end up costing you more as cats don't show symptoms until they're really sick.
He didn't eat any of the recalled food did he? If so, then he needs blood tests and urinalysis at the vet.

Definately take the cat to the vet, they can run all the worm test, and hopefully treat the cat. Anytime you see any worms you should take your cat in.

I think you should go to the vet because that can be a sign of him having parasites/worms.

My first instinct is to assert "What?, No, she knows of who she is, do no longer confuse her!" yet then i presumed, I frequently call my cats by derivatives of the comparable call & they do no longer seem to care. as an occasion, Gizmo might get called Gizzie, or MoMo or Gizzi-moto or MoTo or Gizzard or kitty, or toddler or notably boy, or despite. i might propose you proceed calling her Puma when you consider that she is already used to you calling her that, yet additionally to start calling her the recent call. Then gradually call her by the recent call extra & extra & use the old call much less & much less till she's used to the recent call. Then drop the old call. confirm to alter her identity tag on collar & vet archives to the recent call. additionally, if this could be a kinfolk puppy, make certain each and every person in the kinfolk is on board approximately calling her the recent call, as though 4 or 5 each and every person is calling her Puma & you're calling her Curly or despite, she in all probability would be at a loss for words.
