My roommate told the police that when we had an altercation. I have a great talent for imitating people EXACTLY as is. Is she hating on me or jealous or what? I was imitating how she acted when she charged @ me with 2 knives. & no, I was NOT lying or overexaggerating. She wanted to fight/kill me for reporting her for hogging up the fridge. I live in a shared apartment by the way.

No, that makes you a skilled impersonator, that's all. And an empathic listener, since you listen SO well, you're able to mimic the person back.
If that was her only "defense" to the cops, that you are "overdramatic" then she's truly the freak that you say she is.....knives? hogging the fridge? Either you move, or make her move. She sounds like a psychoqueen.
I'd tell you to put baby oil in her shampoo bottle, but she'd probably blow up the building, huh!?
