i've had enough of going into changing rooms and really nice jeans or trousers don't look nice on me because of these turkies

Its difficult BUT if you eat natural foods but with no preservatives added, its them that give you cellulite ive been told so read the labels and give it a try!

If I recall, overall weight loss with typically help with that- it isn't a predominate I believe but it still will be there. (of course if you are a fitness guru aka competitions -they always seem to have nothing of the sort. :) good luck

Work out!! And if you smoke... stop smoking!! Both of those things can help. But, some girls just have it, no matter how physically fit they are.

buy "buffy the backside slayer" exfoliator from lush and use it in the shower on your cottage cheese-y areas. works a treat and leaves wherever you use it feeling lovely and soft.
