You are similar to a treasure chest of jewels within bars of bones. God has given unto unlimited potential to be used for His glory. You can die an untapped treasure or you can open up that treasure chest of wisdom, knowledge and ability and become an asset to this world and others or you can become a liability. Most people before they die use the air, eat the foot , drink the water and take up space without giving anything back to the earth. See your self using the gifts talents and abilities that God gave to you at birth and make a rich contribution back to Him. See yourself serving Jesus as long as you live.

You did not mention what you were referring to. If it was health, yes! If you don't take care of your health you will lose it. If you were thinking of your mind, Yes! If you don't nurture yourself with good, positive thoughts, searching for meaning of God, Christ, you will lose your mind from perverse thoughts, etc. I hope you get the idea. Be careful for your life, it is the only one you will have on this earth.

Yes: example i used to have a beautiful singing voice winning awards and contest. I was tired of that rote and stopped for a about 1 year when i tried singing again it wasn't the same i no longer have that voice.
