Does anyone know whats wrong with my year old Huskey???

He hacks all the time when he walks up the steps or gets to excited if hes calm hes ok sometimes he hacks up bio.

Heart conditions cause coughing (including heartworms) especially during activity, kennel cough- if he's been around any strange dogs or anywhere other dogs frequent, allergies can cause cough but usually see other symptoms as well. It's worth a trip to the vet.

Definately take him to the vet. It may be nothing, but better safe than sorry. Sometimes dogs can have problems with their esophagus that can cause them to spit up more than usual.
