Using laxatives for dieting is a sure way to mess up your system and could even cause death. You should watch the Karen carpenter story. There is never an easy way to lose weight. The best way is to stop drinking soda, and control how much you eat, not what you eat. Be active and exercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes. You will see a difference. All good things come in time. If you lose weight how I just suggested, you will develope a better eating habit for life, and will be able to maintain the weight you want to be at.

No they make you lose water which is bad. If you really want to lose weight then you have to exercise and have proper diet you need about 1600-2000 calories a day. Just drinking some extra water and 1/2 hour of exercise a day could help. If you are really struggling with weight you should look for a support group in your area with other men and women who are also looking to lose weight so you can support each other. There is no easy way. You can also consult with your doctor most of them have a nutrientiest that you could see to find out what is the best way for you. It best to just try to be healthy.
Good Luck

seek professional help if your actually planning on losing "weight" by taking laxatives. if taking a pill to make your defecate more just to see a decrease on the scale is that important then you really need some counseling. you aren't losing body fat so you aren't changing the composition of the body so nothing is accomplished except some sort of false sense of accomplishment and maybe some dehydration. just lie about your weight if it's that important to you. don't they teach you kids anything in school these days?

NO they don't!
Laxative are used for a specific reason.....to relieve constipation.
Used as a diet supplement, they do nothing but f*** up your system.
If you need to lose weight, go to your doctor and a registered dietician or nutritionist.

NO. They are very dangerous. Never take laxatives for any other reason than for temporary constipation. They are addictive and your digestive system can fail because of them.

Not really. The little weight you might lose comes from water loss.
